These terms apply to all bookings made with Creative Faces by Louise
 
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the date, time and location are agreed and any required deposit has been paid.
 
2. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Full payment may be required before or on the day of the event.
 
3. Event Requirements
The client is responsible for providing:

• A safe working space

• Shelter from rain, wind or direct sunlight for outdoor events

• A suitable area for the face painting setup
   

4. Health and Safety
Creative Faces by Louise uses professional face paints designed for cosmetic use.
However:

• Face painting will not be applied to broken or irritated skin

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult

• Some products may contain cosmetic ingredients that could cause rare sensitivities
   

5. Hygiene
Strict hygiene practices are followed including:

• Clean brushes and sponges

• Fresh water

• Sanitised equipment
   

6. Cancellations
If a booking needs to be cancelled, please notify as soon as possible.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on notice period and circumstances.

7. Liability
Creative Faces by Louise accepts no responsibility for:

• Allergic reactions where ingredients sensitivities were not disclosed

• Damage caused by event conditions outside of our control

• Delays caused by event organisers or venue restrictions
   

8. Photography
Photos of face painting may occasionally be taken for promotional use. Permission will always be requested before images are used.
